Fluids including vitamins, electrolytes, and medications are curated to each patient’s desires and are delivered via an IV drip.
2. Who will be administering my IV treatment?
a. IV therapy treatments, Vitamin infusions, and any other services ordered from Live Better ivs will be administered by experienced registered nurses who work under the direct supervision of an MD.
3. How long will an IV Therapy Treatment take, and how long does it last?
a. An average IV treatment takes an average of 45 minutes. Many people report feeling positive effects almost immediately, while others say it could take a little more time. Effects of IV Therapy can last from hours to days depending on a variety of different factors.

5. What is the price of your services?
a. IV therapy services range in price. At Live Better ivs, our IV treatments range from $150 - $375, and our IV enhancements range from $20 - $45. Mobile services have an added fee and take time, distance, and traffic into account.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
a. Although we don’t take Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, we do accept all other major forms of payment including debit/ credit cards, FSA (Flexible Spending Account), and HSA (Health Savings Account).
7. What’s in an IV bag?
a. The fluids that make up an IV treatment differ from person to person and depend on the type of therapy you will be receiving. IV bags can contain saline, vitamins, minerals, and medication. A complete listing of the ingredients in each of our iv’s can be found here.
8. How frequently can I book your services?
a. The frequency of IV treatments varies from person to person. Many of our patients receive IV Treatments once to twice/ month. Our nurses and doctors offer consulting services to customize a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, which will then determine the frequency of treatments.
9. Where can I get IV Services done?
a. Live Better ivs is a mobile concierge wellness company, offering in-home IV therapy solutions, Vitamin infusions, and more; all available in the comfort of our client’s homes. We also have pop-up locations hosting events from time to time.
10. Who can receive IV Therapy?
a. Anyone who is at least 18 years of age can receive an IV treatment. Certain medical conditions and situations indicate that IV treatments may not be the best route to take, so it’s important to disclose pertinent medical history on your patient intake form so our nurses can be best informed before administering an IV.
11. What is your refund/ cancellation policy?
a. At Live Better ivs, we understand that at times, situations will arise and appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. If you need to do so, we encourage you to try and do so sooner than later; as clients that fail to cancel their appointments without 12 hours notice will be charged a $100 fee if not canceled beforehand. No-Show Fee: Failure to give any notice or appear for scheduled services will result in the client being charged the full fee for services booked. In the event that our medical professional is unable to perform the services booked, the client shall receive a full refund.
