This HIPAA Privacy Policy describes the personal information that Live Better Ivs, LLC collects and processes, how Live Better Ivs, LLC may use and share the information, and the choices that are available to you with respect to Live Better Ivs, LLC’s handling of the information. Your Rights and Choices

You have certain rights regarding our processing of your personal information:

  • If you no longer wish to participate in our Services, or no longer wish to have your personal information be processed, you may request to delete your account and the information in your account, subject to certain limitations, by emailing us at info@livebetterivs.com Once you submit your request, we will send an email to the email address linked to your account requesting that you confirm your deletion request. Once you confirm your request to delete your account and data, your account will no longer be accessible while we process your request. Once you confirm your request, this process cannot be canceled, undone, withdrawn, or reversed. When your Account is deleted, all associated personal information is deleted, unless we are required to maintain it for regulatory and compliance purposes or for a legal or business necessity.

 

How We Protect Personal Information

Live Better Ivs, LLC maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we maintain against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. However, the transmission of information over the Internet and across mobile devices is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee that the measures we maintain will ensure complete security of the personal information.

Use of Connected Devices

To use a Connected Device, you may need to separately register the Connected Device with the device’s manufacturer or another third party, and you will need to authorize Live Better Ivs, LLC to receive data from the Connected Device. The manufacturer of the Connected Device or other third parties may be able to obtain data directly from your Connected Device. Live Better Ivs, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of the manufacturer or any third party in connection with the Connected Device.
